To keep our process efficient and consistent, we offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. If a return is needed, the guidelines below outline how to initiate a return, what conditions apply, and how refunds are processed.

General Returns & Refunds Policy

At Laetts, we offer refunds rather than exchanges to keep the process simple and efficient for everyone. If you need a different style, color, or size, you may place a new order once your refund is processed.

We’re happy to provide free shipping on replacement orders—please contact Customer Support for details.

Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date your order is shipped.
  • All items must be returned in original, unused, unaltered, undamaged, and re-sellable condition.
  • Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from the Laetts website.
  • Refunds are issued for the purchase price only.
  • Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If your return address differs from the original shipping address, please include it during the Online Return Authorization process.
  • If our warehouse is unable to accept your return due to condition or policy limitations, the item will be returned to you without a refund.
  • Most refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
  • Laetts reserves the right to limit or refuse returns.
  • C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) returns are not accepted.

30-Day Return Policy – Step-by-Step Instructions

To qualify for a refund under our 30-day return policy, please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Ensure the product is unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in perfect re-sellable condition.
  2. Ship your return using a prepaid courier service with tracking. We strongly recommend retaining your tracking number for reference.
  3. Include the following information inside your return package:
    Your order number
    Full name
    Email address
  4. Once your return is received, our warehouse will inspect the item(s).
  5. If the return passes inspection, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Based on experience, we’ve found that issuing a refund and allowing customers to place a new order results in a faster and more flexible solution for both parties.
