Orders are fulfilled within 2 business days. Shipping generally takes 5 to 8 business days, depending on the location of delivery. If you are a registered user, login to your account and check your order status.

Order history is available for registered users. When you are logged in, go to My account / My orders and you will be able to check the status of your order. If you are a registered user, login to your account.

Can I Track My Order?
Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you registered an account on our site, you will also be able to login and view your order's tracking information and order history. You can use the tracking number by visiting USPS.com or UPS.com.

Where Can I Ship My Order To?
Billing and shipping addresses must be within the US. At this time, Laetts does not offer international shipping and is unable to ship to PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.

Can I Ship With Expedited Service?
Expedited shipping is available within the continental US only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes.
We offer Standard 3 to 4 business days and Express 1 to 2 business days. For details please check our Shipping Options.
