Warranty

We will replace your Laetts socks within 1 year of purchase if it has been damaged by faulty fabric, stitching or manufacturing.

Please return your socks as soon as possible so we can assess its condition and send you a replacement. Damage that occurs after a year is usually caused by wear and tear and will not be eligible for warranty.

Comfort Guarantee

We guarantee Laetts to be the world’s most pro-boots technology and ultra warm winter socks. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Laetts purchase, return it within 30 days and we’ll be happy to replace or refund it. Please fill out the following form to begin your comfort claim process (proof of purchase is required).

Upon receiving the requested information we’ll initiate the warranty process for your claim. Please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your claim.
