Section 1: Product Warranty

1-Year Manufacturing Warranty

We will replace your Laetts socks within one (1) year of purchase if they are damaged due to:

  • Faulty fabric
  • Stitching defects
  • Manufacturing issues

Please return the socks as soon as possible so our team can assess their condition and determine eligibility for replacement.

Damage occurring after one year is typically the result of normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty.

Section 2: Comfort Guarantee

30-Day Comfort Guarantee

We stand behind Laetts as professional-grade, ultra-warm socks designed for boots and demanding environments. If you are not completely satisfied with your Laetts socks, you may submit a comfort claim within 30 days of purchase.

  • Returns under the comfort guarantee may be eligible for replacement or refund
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Please complete the comfort claim form to begin the process

Once the required information is received, our team will initiate the warranty or comfort evaluation.
