Shipping

We currently only offer shipping to addresses within the US (including Alaska and Hawaii). Orders begin processing immediately and ship out within 2–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). When your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Orders shipping standard ground can be expected to ship via our default carrier USPS. Expedited shipping orders can be expected to ship via UPS.

Track a shipment

Once your Laetts has been shipped, you can track it by logging into your account and viewing the shipment and tracking information shown in your order history. You will also be sent a tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email.

Free ground shipping. Your order will be shipped once credit card authorizations have been obtained and shipping addresses have been confirmed.

Not all shipping methods specified above are available in all regions. As you will understand, we reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.

Standard
Valid orders received prior to 12:00pm MST will be processed the same business day. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You can expect delivery 3 to 4 business days after your order is shipped.

Express
Valid orders received prior to 12:00pm MST will be processed the same business day. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You can expect delivery 1 to 2 business day after the order is shipped.

Note: Please expect to receive shipping and tracking information 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Risk and title of the products that you have purchased will pass to you at the point of shipment. Not all shipping methods specified above are available in all regions.

Shipping Delays

Laetts is not responsible for delivery delays due to reasons outside of our control such as carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. We ship all orders the same day that we provide your tracking information via email. Once a package leaves our facility, we no longer control how your order is handled or where it is sent.

Please check the USPS and UPS websites for their statements on current delays and transit times.

Refunds On Shipping Charges

If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order, or if you receive a damaged product, we will refund the shipping charges to your credit card.
